Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it is shipped using our standard shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with visible shipping damage, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email the photos along with your order number to Support@miapowerlight.com.

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient photographic evidence may not qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to correct your shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
